Could you please email support@larian.com your dxdiag report as well as perhaps a screenshot ?

To obtain a dxdiag report, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the windows icon
2. In the "Start Search", type "dxdiag" and hit enter
3. The tool will start. Now click on "save all" and save the information to a file
4. Attach the file the email you send to support@larian.com
