okay, update for the second try
- i deinstalled the Div2ED + FoV
- restart windows
- install Div2ED
- start Div2 and it runs normaly
- run the regkey_digitalED
- start the autoplay FoV installer
- install in standard path ( the game path is C:/gamez/div2 | the addon path is C:/programs/div2)
- hit the desktop shortcut of FoV
- AND YIPPPPIHHHHHHHH
it works
- but i never clear my regstry between the deinstaltion and reinstallation [ i forgotten it :P )

- but now i have a new problem
it seems the same problem as had already to be addressed 'Craft' in his post from 01.08.10
i make a dxdiag report and send it per e-mail to you
