Larian Studios Forums Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis (English) Help/Tips/Tricks key in imps lair please help

Have I missed something ? I have searched the forum and there seems to be a problem. The forum suggests a key can be found somewhere before the end door and some suggest there are imps to fight when you go in. For me there are no imps in there just very hot flames. I have searched but cannot find a key have I missed something or have i not followed some important sequence. Any advice appreciated.

Its a glitch i reloaded an older save and the enemy appeared thanks anyway to those who thought about responding.

Somebody else had this problem here, as well, but when they went back again later the imps were there.
