None of the explorers are in the flying fortresses, though directions could be given based on the entrances.
One is high on a mountain west of the harbour, just outside the anti-dragon shield. The other is near a wyvern's nest a couple seconds flight north east of the talking tree that asked you to kill some wyverns.
also need to find grave robbers 1-2-3 (treasure hunters)
