I would really appreciate someone to help me find out where the brothers are (besides the one by the ruins with the quest to find out what the text xsays but how do you solve that too btw) and where the raft is at it's the last two achievements I need to be done

After talking to the archeologist by the ruins, if you talk to ZixZax the Almost Wise about ancient Rivelonian you can get a dictionary to enable translation, to return to complete the quest (before getting the battle tower).
i'm still confused where to find the other siblings >.> I get the broken valley one, but where is the other two like general area the are around like say something battle tower in the throne room?

There is one on Sentinel Island, near the shipwreck camp, studying a large skeleton. The third can be found after you have the battle tower, in a cave in the fjords, across the water south of Stone's flying fortress entrance.
