As I've said, my goal is to reach Lv40 (at least). Not because I think I need the levels, just for its own sake. And finally I approach.

I counted the EXP from all of the Fjords quests (besides the two skill trainer quests, needed to get wisdom to Lv15, and the runes of wrath, needed to unlock the high hall trader), and it is 292,255 (with Lv15 Wisdom and all optional EXP rewards possible). Leaving all enemy structures (goblin camp stuff and the fortress towers), they will probably be enough EXP to boost me from Lv38 to Lv40, with Lv38 achieved exploiting respawning enemies in Keara's fortress.

The EXP needed from Lv38 to Lv40 is 304,200, leaving 11,945 to be obtained elsewhere. I'm hoping the defensive structures will supply most or all of it!

I didnt know enemies respawned? or do only some?

In Keara's fortress headquarters, talk to the locked door and tell it you named all the statues. If you didn't actually name them all correctly, it respawns all the enemies in the maze. Kill them over and over to grind levels.

There is one other place where enemies respawn (at least that you can get experience from).
In the ministry in Aleroth, as Zandalor tries to close some rifts that opponents keep coming out of, if you allow him to get attacked he will keep starting over, letting more opponents though. Eventually the experience drops to zero, though (at least for most of the opponent types), so it can be handy to level a bit (if you turn the sound down so you don't have to hear Zandalor complaining each time he restarts), but not for high level leveling.
With the opponents in Keara's fortress headquarters there is a minimum experience amount, so you can repeatedly click on the door to spawn opponents, to level as much as you have the patience for.
