You obtain it automatically during the main storyline of the game. You have to progress with main quests (they appear in yellow on your quest list) until you obtain the dragon stone and Battle Tower.

If you need help with a main quest, let us know which one (or ones) is listed.

The dragon stone isn't related to the crystals and dragon statues by Maxos temple, or to the 4 scrolls you can get ZixZax to translate (which gives you the password for a couple of teleporters).

You will get the dragon stone after you have completed the battle tower. It will be in your inventory after that, and can not be sold or dropped. If you have not defeated Laiken, keep going on Sentinel Island. You will want to finish off everything that you can in Broken Valley and Sentinel Island before confronting Laiken, as afterwards most open quests will fail (there is one in each region you can do later) and most NPCs and locations will be unavailable.

If you have gotten the battle tower and done the first dragon fight, you can use the dragon morph stone from your inventory or assign it to a hot key/button.

The sigil required for the Hall of Echoes quest can be found in Broken Valley after you have the battle tower. Given the level of opponents that will be there then, it would be better to complete some the fjords before returning there. There is no rush on the Hall of Echoes quests, since that is the final area of the game.

in broken valley i have these greened quests:heart taker, daylight robbery. in daylight robbery i believe i already defeated ragnar. and i dont know where ill be needing the beetroot pw for. then in sentinel island i have the ulfman's quest white and the razakel quest greened. regarding the ulfman's quest, i dont know where to find the book. ive been circling sentinel islands couple of times and i have opened the chests in a boat there.

The heart taker quest is recurring; whenever you get goblin hearts you can turn them in to Richard (assuming he is alive).

For the daylight robbery quest, have you ran into the ambush (south west of Lovis' tower), and decided to help either the merchants or the robbers? You get the quest reward right away, so even if you help the robbers it doesn't matter if you already cleared out the bandit camp.

If you go to the bandit camp yourself before telling Louis its location, you can use the password to enter and get a couple minor quests there.

You need to be able to transform into a dragon to get the book from a chest in a boat (which is in turn stuck in a tree), so must wait until you have the battle tower. In Broken Valley, you can wait to enter the quarry tower.

Once you know Razakel's name, you can enter the battle tower again and take the elevator up to the third floor, where Sassan will be waiting for you. Entering the summoning chamber is the point of no return, where most NPCs and quests in Broken Valley and Sentinel Island will be unavailable afterwards.

You get a Malachite Gem iirc.

What format are you playing on PC or 360?

If 360 have you the game installed?

There are a couple workarounds if you run into a problem with the sleeping people. The first is to save before talking to each, and reload until it works properly (in some cases the issue is random). Alternately, if you quicksave when the cutscene hangs, exit the game completely, restart the game and load the quicksave, you should be able to continue normally.

It is in a boat in a tree east of the battle tower, at pretty much the far south east part of the island. You can see it from the necromancer's platform, though can not jump off and fly there directly. You may want to read the book yourself, though, rather than complete the quest (you can not do both).

Can not name as in you don't get the option to try, you don't get the clues, or you can not figure out the clues? I also answered in your other topic.

yea man i got the book but i didnt open it. hehe i think it'll give me a stat or skill point. bout the satues i really cant figure out what the statues say. one would contrast what the other one would state. it gets confusing.

The Ancient Journal from the boat will give you 2 skill points if you read it yourself. Turgoyn will be really annoyed if you talk to him after that, but you don't actually ever need to talk to him again.

I re-wrote the statue clues in your other topic, in the first spoiler, and then went through the logic of figuring them out in the second.
