Brazil and would like to know if a translation to Portuguese - BR currently have a group of friends

who would love to play Divinity 2 Ego Draconis but their experience with the legends of the English game has been very difficult
My questions are:
1 - would have a translation of the game Divinity 2 Ego Draconis for the Portuguese?
2 - would be considered illegal if I even try to translate the game?
3 - if not illegal there would be a way to open the subtitle files (a program)?
4 - if it's illegal there any way for me to do the translation and send it to you (so that created a patch update)
