I have the Xbox version, but on the PC is the version number shown in the main menu anywhere? It was for Divine Divinity and Beyond Divinity, anyway (bottom right corner). If not, if you check for updates does that list the current version?
If you have the US retail release, it is version 1.03, with just a small hotfix released for a problem some people encountered exiting the game. The next patch should be released around the same time as FoV and DKS are, about October.
