Well, when they are released look at the price difference between FoV and DKS and see if it is worth it for whatever the feature differences are between the two, or wait for DKS to drop in price to whatever you were willing to pay for FoV. Depending on the changes in DKS you may not feel you are missing much by just getting FoV, and depending on the price difference it may not be worth worrying about the feature differences.
On the Xbox the choice is to either get DKS or not, and in my limited experience few Xbox games ever drop much in price.
