Well, since the only way to get FoV for the 360 is by purchasing DKS and the FAQ @ http://www.flamesofvengeance.com/faq.php#jumptocontent says

It seemed to me at least that the saves would work. That would be even worse if they did not. As I said though, DLC did not seem to get mentioned at all.

I know they had the DLC on the US Marketplace http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/games/media/66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d802434407d6/?of=3 but not certain about other regions.
