There may not be a problem at all with D2:ED saves in DKS, it is just that this hasn't been officially commented on. With the flying fortresses being changed, I could see possible issues with some areas needing to be reset in D2:ED saves, or added loot being missed if you have already opened associated chests or killed certain opponents, etc.

With the DLC I would think even if there was some kind of compatibility problem, it should be possible to re-issue codes to download comparable sets for DKS (though I'm not sure how DLC is generally handled in Xbox games in similar situations).


There were DLC equipment sets available in the UK for awhile (same sets as in the US), but then removed. I don't know about any other regions.
