Nope.
Even though Sven is discussing pretty much PC-talk of ED Original + FOV vs. The Dragon Knight Saga [ED Remastered + FOV], it's pretty much guaranteed it'd be a similar situation on the X360 - b/c of the huge overhaul going on b/t ED and ED Remastered, there'd be no save compatibility b/t the two versions.
From Sven Vincke, CEO of Larian. A patch which would bring ED to DKS would consist of replacing almost every single file, and it's guarnateed that you wouldn't be able to play any of your previous saves.
So D2:ED + FoV (which includes patch) does not equal DKS, but it's as close as we can get it without destroying the save-games.
