i think my english is not much better than your german, but i'll try writing correctly and without many mistakes.
At first I have to say, that patch 1.4. brouth more bugs into the game than it fixed.
a patch must not bring any bugs into a game i think.
However:

The bug's you can find in this topic aren't very important. There are other problems, you have to care about, before
My (and some other players) biggest problem is the FPS-limit of 30.
Why do you changed it? 60 was ok (i think. [other people say even 60 was to low])
the second problem is the voice of the charcter. It's nearly a scandal, because it is a very very big bug, and not even the beta-testers noticed it.

please find solutions for this problems bevor you care about other bugs

EDIT: I've a question to you: Me and some other players thought about to find solutions for the bug at ourself. We would post our work here in this forum. Is that OK?
I ask, because modding is against the law. And I really dislike problems with the law.
