i am talking about how the dragon slayer skills have 2 handed sword master duel weapon master and so on, witch of these if any help when using a bow?

There is no passive bow expertise skill, though Ranger Stealth would help indirectly. The active skill Way of the Ranger could be useful when you know there is a tough fight coming up, or a group of opponents are visible in the distance. In any case, skills like Explosive Arrows do damage based on the skill, rather than the bow.

Actually Ranger Strength is the passive bow expertise skill.

Oops... Not playing a ranger yet, I flicked through the manual to see if there was a passive bow expertise skill, and missed Ranger Strength somehow.

Also, I think you can use battle rage while using your bow. This skill is in the warrior tree. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think it should work with any weapon. Battle rage will basically give you a 50% or more damage bonus to every attack with an investment of only 5 points. Of course, this is going to negatively impact your survivability. It might be wise to use ranger stealth to escape from harm when the melee enemies get to you. I think the one two punch of using battle rage to maximize damage and then using stealth to escape might be a very effective tactic!
