I figured that FROST (4) meant level: that sword was TOO powerful - at the end game I was killing monsters with 2 or 3 hits, all the time, except for the occasional 1 hit kill!! When I added Poison to blade, most died with 2 hits. End dungeon was a stroll in the park.
I rarely had to repair armor, mainly cause I killed everything before they could injure me, but armor rarely got damaged, while sword needed constant attention.

I'm thinking of trying Beyond Divinity, but impression I get from forums is that it is not as good as DD. Plus, Fallout New Vegas is out next week
