If there's one thing that's improved, then it's the X360 version. You get all the content changes that were made for DKS as well as a new camera which lends itself better to combat, a new and more polished user interface,better performance and better looking gfx and a whole bunch of minor improvements - it really is a big difference.
The only downside is that you can't load your existing ED savegames - for that, there's been too many content changes.
