Sven Vincke himself (Lar_q) has said before in one of his Status Update threads that Larian is still trying to get things sorted out w/ publishers in North America.
Until Larian and/or some publisher actually announces something substantial about DSK Retail here in the USA, we're gonna probably have to wait or find an Import.
