In case I don't manage to download it fully at a certain time, and cancel it while downloading, will it resume when I download it again? Or will it restart and I have to redownload it?
I purchased Flames of Vengeance online, and now it's downloading, but I have limited internet access and I am wondering if I would still at least be able to download it even if I can't download it now.

For the Larian Vault it will not be able to resume, but you will be able to try again from the start.
