After playing it more I just can't put this game down. I can't remember when the last time a game has done that for me.

I understand Reviews are subjective but I don't understand why so many reviewers trashed this. Did they even play more the 2 hours of the game?

I admit that myself I was one of those that worried before I bought it becuase of the negativity the mainstream has put on the Divinity series, but after seeing someone streaming gameplay of it it started to get it's hooks into me. I still got so much content to play-through still, but Dragon Knight Saga just might take a place on my top 5 favorite games of all time.

Please guys, if you enjoy it tell all your friends, your co-workers, classmates, or forums to help them get past the mainstream negative publicity. This work deserves better then this, and these devs deserve our reward, and support so that they may continue with providing us with more great work projects in the future.

Already been doing that lol converted a few people already

come to think of it I have an idea I'm going to start a thread for us fan to have a little bit of fun & at the same time help DKS sell enough for it to go world wide. I'll call it the converstion thread we all spread the news of how great DKS is & get are friends family & coworkers to buy it & just so we don't have people making up things get them on the forums posting in the thread their thoughts on the game & who reconmended it that way we repay are debt to larian for that awsome game as well as have a little fun doing it.

Just completed my first playthrough of DKS.. All I can say is daaang that was a great ride! That and MOAR! MOAR! MOAR!

After playing Ego Draconis for 4-5 times, I can say FoV (and by extension DKS) was a fantastic addon and well worth the price.

So thank you Larian for making such a wonderful game!

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to kick someone's ass again! cheer

I have to admit that at first I didn't belive u can repeat the success of the first Divine Divinity game (which is still one of the best CRPG's ever made).

But oh boy, u did it. U really did it.

To make the long story short:

+ dialogues - humorous, witty, catchy - absolutely brilliant
+ plenty of secret buttons, chests, little puzzles - u guys really know what true CRPG fans want wink
+ itemization - plenty of stuff to collect, great set items rare/epic/legendary etc. 10/10 (but I would love a class restricted items :P)
+ characters - funny, original, living NPC's

- Didn't liked the flying fortresses gameplay (way too many towers to kill which gets repetitive fast)
- U guys should do some more original character classes (diablo-like classes) instead of one big hybrid with mixed skills

Overall I'm very impressed, it's not better than the original Divine Divinity game but it's damn close!

Definitely one of the best RPG's this year.

My score is a solid 8.5

So again big respect for u guys, especially that u don't have EA games or Blizzard behind your back.

Larian is definitely one of my favourite studios!

Thanks from Poland to Belgium!

Not having pre-defined classes is one of the games charms, and without them having class-restricted items is not possible. Now quests/items that have skill requirements to be able to use them might be interesting.

Agreed not being restricted by pre set class is one of the game's charms indeed the option to build your dragon knight the way you want to is one of the best things about the game. as for the flying fortress I found them to be fun 1 dragon vs an entire fortress of black ring ha bring it on.
