Disabling AI to force Crossfire off seems to have solved it. I haven't crashed once since; played a good 14~ ish hours straight.
Maybe the developers should consider becoming an addition to the Crossfire profiles, as I can see this becoming a problem that may give the game a bad reputation from lesser-experienced customers with similar setups.
This is a brilliant game thus far; I am seeing how people say this game is severely underated. (Still playing the Ego Draconis episode)
