Thanks for reporting, your English is just fine! DKS has had a number of content changes and story changes, so I'm going to need a bit of information so that I can try to reproduce your problem.
If the crash occurs on PC, please describe it a bit more in detail. It could be a driver issue, a technical issue or a content related issue.
- Please tell us which version you have installed / play.
- Is it a blue screen, application crash, freeze,..
- On PC, make dxdiag log file* that details the version of your system drivers and send it to support.
- If you play on PC, you can also send us 2 or 3 savegames/autosaves you made before you crashed. A screenshot of the spot where the crash occurred could also help us.

If you don't know how to create a dxdiag log file, follow the following steps:
- While on your windows desktop, press WindowsKey + R on your keyboard
- A small window will pop up, write "dxdiag" in the text field and press enter
- The DirectX diagnostic Tool will start up. Press the "Save All information..." button to save your system information to a text file.
