In the mirror room, you need to find what is different between the two sides. Breaking barrels, etc, can clear out the room and make it easier to compare the sides. If you want a hint,
you don't necessarily have to focus all of your attention on the floor...

straight ahead from the entrance there are a couple chairs and chests. Before the chairs there are a couple half height walls with railings dividing that alcove from the main part of the room. On one side there is a cup between a couple railing, near the wall IIRC.
