It isn't "a" powerful weapon. I have obtained 6 over powered weapons. They are easy to come by in shops, monster drops and chests. Though I do notice ginsing is much rarer to obtain now.
Every time there I run into trouble on the road, there is always a dwarf at the bottom of it. Don't they know how to drive above ground?
