Did you buy your game from the Larian vault? I think the weapons are bugged and meant for beta testing purposes to help run threw the game really fast.
I am still waiting for someone to activate Flames of Vengeance on Impulse so it can be downloaded.
That said, the Steam version seems to have the same OP weapons based on posts by people that have it.
