I've been playing with toggling it off and on... HDR makes the game world a lot brighter, but with more glare... I think the game looks better with HDR, world seems a bit smoother and darker... Large difference, but is HDR suppose to improve graphics or just add in a more vibrant lighting effect? I almost think HDR is overpowering in this game.

I have it off because I'd rather have antialiasing.

Me too, odd though, Oblivion was the other way round, at least in the ingame sttings anyways.

HDR just lets light things be really bright, dark things be really dark, and do those things without losing detail.

I have never been a fan of HDR or BLOOM, both, in my eyes make the scene feel false as if it were under studio lights. I guess it wouldn't be so bad if it just brightened things slightly instead of with intense glare.
DKS without HDR is my cup of tea.

I always turn HDR/Bloom off, I hate getting blinded by the sun in real life why would I want that annoyance in a game? I also hate not being able to see in the dark in a game, it might be realistic but I want to see what my char is doing. Unlike real life you don't have your other senses to help guide you. I hate games that require a torch or some other lighting to see in a cave...I just turn up brightness...

I put it on ,because without it everywhere becomes dark and cool despite weather is sunny.
