I've tried DKS with this hotfix. I have 30FPS all the time or more but area stuttering is still there. My hero is running and fighting smooth, the same during dialogues, just surrounding is hurting eyes...
You understood that you actualy have to edit a file and replace some values in it (as explained in the hotfix thread), just downloading and aplying the hotfix wont solve everything in all situations, right?
