Hello Lar_q,
I have two retail editions of ED (UK and IT) and I'd like to buy FoV, but I have some questions too.

Will you plan to release a retail version of FoV for the non-german editions?
Or will it be available always and only as digital download?

I noticed that the hotfix for FoV in splitted in 4 different versions, one for each language, so I think that the digital version of FoV isn't multilanguage like DKS.
So, buying FoV from your store is it possible to dowload all the 4 version (in my case 2) or only one?
