Unfortunately, I deleted the save games after reinstalling didn't fix the problem.
I wasn't anticipating the company to offer help on a personal level; (A refreshing change from what one would normally encounter/expect.)
As much as I've enjoyed the game thus far, I'm not overjoyed at having to replay the first 20 hours again so soon.
