Other than Malachite Gems (not Malachite Ore), ingrediants are not worth saving in the long run as you can get unlimited amounts of everything else after the Battle Tower. Most books are just to be read (and unless you want to read it later then do not keep it), the others can be used (skill books). After the Battle Tower Encumbrance has no purpose.
