When I want to assign something (potion, skill, ...) in the quick bar at the bottom (not sure how you call it exactly but I guess you see what I mean), I can only click once in the first slot I point the mouse on.
After that, if I move the mouse elsewhere, I can't select any empty slot to assign something.
This works again if I exit/re-enter inventory screen. But in the same way: only once on the first slot I mouse-over.
