5 - Do books have any use besides lore? Or can I get rid of them?
Some books have clues on what to do with certain items, like the 3 amulets in one quest or the book you find in the tavern that has clues that leads to other books and finally a skill book, but most seem to just be background material though. I usually end up selling the non-quest books as they tend to take up a lot of inventory after awhile.
