Has anyone been able to pick up this key that is sparkling under those three bodies? I tried for probably 20 mins. It is endlessly frustrating. I want to load an old save of my game file and try again to get that key, but first I want to know how others have gotten it, and what it opens.

I seem to recall someone saying you had to burn them. It was in the hint and tips section.

yes, if you go against progress for your own greed and tell the soldier he can burn them he will move them all over onto a fire next time you load into the zone, leaving the key :P

it seems that scholar is also moving them but one by one (I am that stage atm)

I was hoping the scholar would move them all eventually but from the beginning to the end of the game he was still on that first one, hes slow

The choice whether to burn the corpses or not results in either loot or XP. If you let the corpses be burnt, they will disappear and you can pick up the key that opens the chest. If you choose the healer's option, you can't open the chest, but you get an instant XP reward.

Haha, I guessed it would be like Macbeth says, but since I wasn't sure, I still tried to pick the key like for 15 minutes in every angle :P
