I know it has already been brought up on here in the past, but it breaks my heart. I put hundreds of hours into Divinity II for the 360. Would buy this without a seconds hesitation if my box could support the format. Glad to see the good reviews. Going to go back to creeping now. Hopefully new news will come soon. Would love to hear opinions about the new content/engine though.

I wish more developers would make their Xbox 360 releases region-free. It seems that anything with DTP on the cover is locked.

The Developers don't choose region protection, it's the publishers ^^

There is a fair amount of X360 Releases that are Region Free.

Its just that DKS isn't one of them.

One reason could be that other future Publishers/Distributors may not like that a game is Region Free, as it could decrease sales in a certain Region, due to people importing thus equaling less income.
