I don't really understand why anybody complains about some o.p. weapons. In this kind of a game it is YOU who decides how you want to play it. You can choose any of three difficulty settings, you can keep your knight naked and with his first sword through the entire game if you feel like this. Nobody makes you use any weapon at all. Or are you saying you simply don't have enough free will not to use something, you are compelled by some external force to use something you do not want to, and this game enables it like giving a drug to an addict? Then it is your personal problem, and not a game problem.
