I can not get to where Saul is being held. When I try to change the teleporter in High Hall it says teleporter control broken. I have tried going through it and coming back but that does not help. It appears that a number of quests are broken this did not seem to be the case when I played Ego Draconis last year. Although it appears the game is more stable.
