Some of my men were missing on the flying fortresses, just a little arrow over thin air, but I recalled reading earlier that this was a known issue, and as far as I can remember it was to do with your graphics card drivers, which I am very reluctant to change. It was not a problem and I managed to kill all of those invisible enemy's.
