I have to add to this that I seem to have many missing NPCs.
1. The guard in the slayer camp is missing.
2. The outlaw that lives on that ledge in Orobas Fjord fell through the textures.
3. I can not get out of the mine office and William will not talk to me although there appears to be no more Black Ring left in the building.
When the game was first released it was not like this what happened?
