OP Quazar12 journeyman Joined: Nov 2010	I have begun FoV expansion and i realize that Hermosa does not give me the option to improve my Lockpicking above level 5 ..... is it normal? if so is there another NPC that allows me to do so? id appreciate any feedback on the matter guys
