Impulse doesn't have Flames of Vengeance as a separate download, and the GamersGate version doesn't work with the Impulse Div2 (found that out the hard way).
Are there any digital distribution sites that have a Flames of Vengeance expansion that works with the Impulse version of Divinity 2?
If there was a version that worked with the Impulse Ego Dragonis, it would be on Impulse. As it is not on Impulse, a version that is compatible with their Ego Draconis likely does not exist.
