I recommend trying everything that's in the faq, because I'd expect that would solve it.
First of all update your drivers. You say that they are up to date, everyone says that, but I still have to meet the first user for who it was true. (ATI driver version is 10.11 at the moment)
Can you run our
support tool and send the report to support@larian.com, we should be able to figure out what the problem is.
