I recently picked this up at the Gamestop in Oregon and I can tell you after it is updated via Xbox Live the save game problem is fixed and I haven't ran into any bugs or game breaking glitches. I'm about ten hours in and loving it, I truly recommend this to anyone in the USA needing a fix while we wait for FOV to make its away over the pond.
