The patch is in testing now, so it shouldn't be too long. Sorry, but I can't give you an exact date at this moment.
If you want the Raze issue resolved, you'll have to send us your savegame. The actual bug will be fixed in the next patch, but it won't fix the corrupt savegames. You can send a mail with your savegame and detailing the problem to support@larian.com . The Kali fortress bug will be fixed by the patch though.
