I'm trying to find other avenues to play, in hopes I can find something to beef me up more, or some ways around the problem areas, but two areas are really proving beyond challenging -- and I not having any fun in those battles, others, I just don't see a way to continue.

Worst stuck point was in 'Horror of High Hall' against Zagan. Nothing I've tried works against him, I've only dented him once, and that was pure luck -- I immediately summon a wyvern, and have tried the dragon sheild. I've managed to destroy the nest, once, but that's really pointless since I can't really dent the Boss character. As a human, I can take on Boss characters without too much difficulty now -- in fact, it's almost easy at this point, as I'm level 34 (though at same time, it's also depressing to only get at most around 1000-1500 for highest boss characters, but given how hard they are... But in dragon form -- no room to maneuver or run, just slog it out, and hey's got me on firepower, hands down. Went up against him first at level 29 or so, and have come back after finding other things to do...(have armor now that boost hit points, but doesn't really protect me from damage that I can tell).

2nd stuck point -- not quite as frustrating as I can walk away -- is against someone named Barnabas, who I ran into while trying to find a BOSS creature for Joneloth. No matter WHAT I do, he gets no damage!!! He nails me quite a bit, and occasionally I have to heal, but if I stay on him and have my companions handle his summonee, I can usually hold my own -- but I've gone on for over 10 minutes -- just fighting him, and never making a dent -- finally I just give up and leave him, since I don't know what else to do.

Some lesser stuck points I can't find anything looking like a generator to turn off the anti-dragon
fields over high-hall and the port area where the zeppelin launches.

I did turn off the one over the entrances by throwing the 3 switches, but supposedly (from 'gamepressure.com') there's supposed to be generators to knock out to turn off the others that I haven't found a clue toward.

Last stuck point that I can think of -- I need to figure out a way to turn loose the prisoner, Saul, that Tilian wanted me to 'off', 'quickly/quietly', before there was any "trial"... I've unlocked his cage, but I have no idea how to reprogram the destination of the teleporter that says the controls have been damaged and are 'locked'....

A question I had, also -- how do I up my dragon's stats/skills? Other than by found books and equipment, he doesn't seem to improve over time along with my character. I'd think his experience points and mana would increase in proportion to my human character's increases. So far, I haven't found anything that really increases his armor class by much -- the cuirass and leg pieces help, but all the ail pieces, I find seem just to be different "pluses" to various abilities -- but as far as "AC" goes, none are any different. Haven't found more than the one cuirass or leg pieces -- and the helmets have been the same as the tail pieces -- no AC differences, just skill + diffs...

Why are my human abilities locked out of my dragon form -- since my magical and summoning abilities should remain intact as a dragon -- that's. The dragon flying is real non-intuitive, really, it's like driving a truck with a long nose on it. But I can't bank or roll, the flying is unnaturally limited -- I should be able to go over some mountains, but can't, Also -- for flying -- I really need 2 enemy circles -- not just a 2D circle. Need a 2nd circle to show me from the side, so I can see if an enemy is above or below me. On the 2D circle, I can only see direction, but if I was really flying, I'd be able to tell pretty quickly if they were above or below -- but with the 'truck' view, I can't even look around to see where an enemy is without turning entirely around.

It's sad, but I feel you really missed big-time in the flying controls and the sense of moving and living in 3D space, vs. 2D. It's like you had designers that could only design/exist in 2D and forgot that the dragon moves in 3D. would have been nice to have separate controls for up/down apart from forward backward. Would have been even more cool to support 3-D controllers like a 3DConnexxion (though they are a pain to use, might have been good with enough practice).

Also would really have liked for the option to play with the game-controller on the PC -- Or at least be able to map buttons to it -- might not have been able to map everything to it, but for flying, might have been a reasonable interface.

Any chance of fixing any of these?

As for the stuck points -- what am I missing/doing wrong?

Thanks!
