Woooah! 
slow down young grasshopper at this pace your will surely get frustrated. You need to clear all side quests,
search and explore. I personally waited to do all the main quest line stuff last after you have searched under every nook and granny.
This game is intended to start off
slow, getting your feet wet, and you will have a better survivability rate after level
12 or so. So reload an old save, get back to playing.
