Edit:
There is no drop box that opens and the field is (even without clicking on it) empty... so it doesn't even show the current resolution. However, even if there is not a drop box shown, there is some kind of a "black field" (which
could be an empty drop box...) when I click on the resolution box which partitally covers the next setting (Qualitylevel)... see a screenshot:

Desktop- and Gamingresolution is set to 1680x1050. There is not much space on a tft for experiments... I'll try some different resolutions anyway...
Another side note: After installing the patch, Windows 7 automatically switches its design to Aero Basic when I start the game - which it didn't do with any other version of Divinity 2. I had them all!

Not sure if this could have anything to do with the resolution problem...
