AA is set to "Application decides", PhysX is set to Auto... however, I change it to the settings you suggested and try to turn of shadows and hdr. I'll report back in about 5 Minutes

Changed the following to match your suggestions

Shadows: Off (was on)
HDR: Off (was on)
PhysX: CPU (was auto)

Resolution dropbox still gone...
