What's about the FoV patch and FoV hotfix at this moment?

Why are the FoV hotfixes of other languagepacks out and only the german is missing?

Dass der FoV Patch noch nicht da ist kann ich gut nachvollziehen, weil er wesentlich größer ist als der DKS Patch. Er enthält ja nen Upgrade zu DKS. Was ich hingegen nicht verstehe ist, warum der Hotfix in allen anderen Sprachen erhältlich ist, jedoch nur deutsch fehlt.
