Hi, just got the steam version of the game, was really looking forward to trying it out.
Unfortunatly i cant get it to work.
When i start up the game from steam it just instantly crashes. No error message, just This application has stopped working windows is trying to fix it.
I also tried navigating to the exe file for the game, running it here gives me the error message, warning no physxloader.dll found.
So i'v tried a few fixes listed in the FAQ, none worked so far, trying to redownload physx from NVIDA's page failed. I got past the first part, but then it just stucks itself on the install screen with only the abort option and Text written on the page.
Anyone that can help me out, im kinda pissed everythings broken like this.
Using Windows Vista, also using a GeForce GT 240.
Edit: So Hey i got it to work. The problem was that the physx was busted so i had to reinstall it. The error i got that was blocking the install was fixed by going to Add/remove programs in the controle panel, removing the Nvidia PhysX system(something). Once the evil was cleansed i could reinstall using the one that came with DKS fixing it
Its important that you dont try deleting files or folders belonging to it from what i read so use the option listed above.
