Wow, I have to honestly say I did not expect such a fast reply. Thank you.
I Unchecked the 'User Interface in Desktop-Resolution' and that has worked. This also did not change my Resolution list and also expirmented with increasing FPS from 30 to 75 and still works perfectly.
